Liberty Farm is a dystopian sci fi novel set one hundred years after a terrifying zombie-like virus wiped out most of humanity. The survivors are residents of Liberty Farm, a global rehabilitation facility, where their symptoms are controlled by a network of nanobots governed by a superintelligent Program. Christopher, a systems monitor, is tasked to observe the behaviour of more acutely symptomatic residents, or ‘symps’ and completes his duties as expected, until he hears rumours of a dangerous new form of ‘hacking’ and receives cryptic clues from a mysterious woman that leads him to question the very nature of his reality.
